To ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for all guests, please review the following event policies before attending:

Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted at this event. In accordance with the ADA, trained service animals are welcome. Due to the busy and confined nature of the Tent Sale, it is not a safe environment for untrained animals. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

All Sales Final

All purchases are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or price adjustments will be accepted.

Bag Policy

For security and space considerations, bags, backpacks, and large personal items are not permitted inside the sale area.

Stroller Policy

Strollers are not permitted inside the sale area. Due to the high volume of shoppers and limited space, strollers may create safety concerns for guests and staff.

Product Condition

Some merchandise may include store or online returns. All items are sold as-is with no warranty, expressed or implied. Please inspect all merchandise carefully before completing your purchase.

Checkout Policy

Please make all final selections before entering the checkout line. To help maintain an efficient checkout process, items may not be added once you have entered the line.

Merchandise Condition

We do not sell damaged merchandise. No additional discounts or price reductions will be offered on blemished, marked, or clearance items.

Fitting Room Policy

Dressing rooms are limited to five (5) items per visit and a maximum occupancy time of 15 minutes. To ensure fairness and keep lines moving, try-ons are only permitted inside designated dressing rooms.

Touchless payment is preferred. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

Parking

Multiple public parking lots and parking garages are conveniently located within walking distance of the event.

Photo & Video Release
